Julie is a NESTA certified personal trainer and has been involved in sports and exercise for several years. She particularly excels at programs for core conditioning and circuit training for overall fitness. Her experience as a physical therapist gives her a unique ability to work with existing injuries and create routines that address injury prevention.

Kristen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and adult AED/CPR certified by the American Red Cross. A Medina native with thirty years of experience in competitive sports as an athlete and coach, she is passionate about helping individuals improve their health and lifestyle by learning to set and achieve realistic goals through fitness, nutrition and support. Placing an emphasis on strength training, flexibility, balance and core stability, she will create a customized workout plan to target specific needs that give individuals the results they want.

I have been instructing group exercise classes and personal training for 15 years. During this time I graduated from The University of Akron with a major in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology and a minor in Dietetics. I interned and worked full time for a Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy Clinic in Fairlawn for 5 years. Over the years I have attained my YogaFit, Speciality Pilates, Simply Barre, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, and Sports Nutrition certifications, amongst other continuing education courses in health and fitness. I am so excited for the opportunity to be a part of Got Milt Fitness!

Hi I am Chelsea Boytim! I have my Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Mount Union and I’m NASM certified Personal Trainer; certifications in TRX, Zumba and as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have struggled with my weight most of my life. At 17 I found inspiration in fitness and lost 70 pounds spiraling my life in a new direction to help others. I specialize in weight loss / adding muscle and work with women, men and kids of all ages and fitness levels.

I have been involved in sports throughout my life, including a multi-sport athlete at high school and collegiate levels. I have found my passion with training because I care about mu clients. I love helping others achieve their goals and seeing them reach their highest potential. I can design an individualized program to target your specific exercise goals. My focus on strength training, core conditioning, circuit training, and endurance training will help you improve your overall fitness levels. I am excited to help you reach your best self.

MELLISA CONDRON
Pilates Instructor

Melissa has always had a passion for movement and physical health, obtaining her BS in Physical Therapy from Marquette University. Her background in classical ballet lead her to pilates and she became a fully certified instructor in STOTT PILATES in 2001, an Instructor Trainer in 2003 for all fitness and rehab courses and Lead Instructor Trainer in 2011. She has taught for STOTT PILATES nationally with a specialty in teaching workshops on pilates for rehabilitation. She also has her Human Movement Specialist Certification and has a passion for incorporating new research into her training sessions with clients.
