Milt Marshall has been training in Medina for 16 years and is NESTA certified. He can work with you on a plan for all your health and fitness needs. He works with clients of all ages. Milt is the owner of the Got Milt Health and Fitness Center.
Julie is a NESTA certified personal trainer and has been involved in sports and exercise for several years. She particularly excels at programs for core conditioning and circuit training for overall fitness. Her experience as a physical therapist gives her a unique ability to work with existing injuries and create routines that address injury prevention.
I have been instructing group exercise classes and personal training for 15 years. During this time I graduated from The University of Akron with a major in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology and a minor in Dietetics. I interned and worked full time for a Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy Clinic in Fairlawn for 5 years. Over the years I have attained my YogaFit, Speciality Pilates, Simply Barre, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, and Sports Nutrition certifications, amongst other continuing education courses in health and fitness. I am so excited for the opportunity to be a part of Got Milt Fitness!
Clayton’s love for athletics and training is what brought him to Got Milt. He was a 5 year track runner at Youngstown State University, with a focus in hurdles. Clayton works with many of our athletes of all ages and leads several of our group classes for Speed, Agility, Strength and Plyometric Training. He is also available for personal training sessions with individuals or small groups.
Kristen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and adult AED/CPR certified by the American Red Cross. A Medina native with thirty years of experience in competitive sports as an athlete and coach, she is passionate about helping individuals improve their health and lifestyle by learning to set and achieve realistic goals through fitness, nutrition and support. Placing an emphasis on strength training, flexibility, balance and core stability, she will create a customized workout plan to target specific needs that give individuals the results they want.
Adam’s passion and knowledge for athletic training involves strength, power, plyometrics, circuit training, speed and agility. Running track allowed Adam to gain a strong knowledge of high intensity interval training. He feels stretching is an integral part of the work out and he incorporates dynamic and static stretching into his routines.
His knowledge of athletics, strength training, HIIT, and stretching will help you achieve your fitness goals!
