This class focuses on the core muscles, but works on the entire body. Pilates develops long, lean muscles by teaching you to use the smaller muscles as well as the larger muscles. Classes often incorporate the use of large and small ball, bands, rings, and light weights.
Group class schedule:
Tuesdays: 5:00 pm – Pilates Mat
Thursdays: 9:00 am – Pilates Mat
$12 per class or 8 for $80
Must be used within 4 months of purchase.
8 lessons for $192
4 Lessons for $200
Private and semi-private classes are scheduled individually and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Private and semi-private apparatus classes include a mixed use of the reformer, Cadillac and Pilates chair. One, two or three people can be scheduled at a time. Scheduling is done on an individual basis in coordination with instructor’s and client’s needs.
